Active Voice & Data Services is a growing telecommunications company based in Cairns, servicing commercial, education, and government clients across Far North Queensland.
We are looking for a motivated trainee to join our team and build a long-term career in the telecommunications and data cabling industry.
You will receive on-site training while working on a variety of projects, including:
• Structured data cabling
• Fibre optic cabling
• CCTV and security systems
• Wireless and Wi-Fi networks
• Communications racks and equipment installations
About you:
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable and punctual
• Good practical skills
• Driver's licence preferred
• White Card preferred
• Interest in technology or hands-on work
• Valid work visa required for employment
Experience in construction, electrical, security, CCTV, or cabling is an advantage but not required.
