As part of our team, you'll help move talent across borders and develop cutting-edge solutions for global mobility programs, bringing innovative ideas to the market.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Deliver comprehensive tax support for employee mobility, including end-to-end advisory and compliance services.
* Manage tax and regulatory challenges for business travellers, providing strategic guidance on cross-border remote work.
* Offer expert guidance on home and host country tax reporting, assess individual tax residency, prepare tax returns and equalization settlements, and ensure employment tax compliance.
Requirements and Skills for Success
* Bring extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organisations or professional services.
* Demonstrate strong client relationship management, especially with executive-level assignees.
* Combine strategic insight and commercial awareness across industries with a flexible and enthusiastic approach to work.
