We're a well-established electrical construction business working with builders and developers across commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
As part of a planned transition, we're looking for a reliable, experienced Admin / Accounts Officer to join us part‑time. This role replaces a long‑term team member who is retiring, so the systems are in place, the expectations are clear, and the handover will be well supported.
While we value consistency and reliability, we are open to negotiating days and hours to suit the right candidate and the needs of the business.

About the Role
This is a part‑time office‑based role supporting the day‑to‑day admin and accounts functions of the business.
You'll be responsible for:
* Accounts payable & receivable
* Invoicing (job‑based / progress claims)
* Payroll processing
* MYOB (with transition to Xero in Q1 2026 )
* General admin and document control
* Supporting the project and operations team
* Assisting with the rollout of SimPRO job management software
This role is not high‑pressure but does require accuracy, organisation, and follow‑through.
Key Responsibilities
* Process supplier invoices and payments
* Prepare and issue customer invoices
* Run payroll and manage leave/super records
* Maintain accurate records in MYOB (moving to Xero)
* Upload and manage job documentation
* General office admin, emails, and phone support
* Work closely with the Operations Manager and Project Coordinator
What We're Looking For
* Experience in accounts/admin (construction or trades experience is highly regarded)
* Confident with MYOB (Xero experience a bonus)
* Comfortable learning new systems (SimPRO training provided)
* Strong attention to detail
* Reliable, organised, and self‑sufficient
* Good communicator who works well in a small team
Hours & Flexibility
* Part‑time only
* Days and hours negotiable for the right person
* Preference for consistent weekly hours once agreed
* Office-based role in South Nowra
