What you'll do:
Lead the visual development of integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, and motion
Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to bring ideas to life
Present and sell creative concepts with clarity and confidence to both internal teams and clients
Guide junior creatives and designers, offering mentorship and feedback
Push creative boundaries while staying aligned with brand strategy and client goals
Stay plugged into culture, design trends, and emerging tech to keep our work fresh and relevant
Contribute to pitches and new business opportunities with compelling creative thinking
What you'll bring:
1–2 years' experience in a creative or agency environment (or a folio that speaks for itself)
A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, craft, and versatility across channels
A deep understanding of visual storytelling, layout, typography, and branding
Experience working across social platforms and digital-first campaigns
A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
A passion for culture, creativity, and making work that resonates with real people
Bonus: motion design, animation, or video editing skills
