The Role
We are seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead a key production site near Perth within the FMCG sector. This role holds full accountability for the performance of the site, ensuring production, quality, safety and commercial objectives are consistently met. You will provide visible leadership, driving performance improvements, optimising workflows, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the site team, promoting collaboration, engagement, and high performance.
* Optimise production schedules and workflows to meet quantity, quality, and delivery targets.
* Partner with stakeholders to reduce costs and optimise operating budgets.
* Ensure compliance with quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Lead project teams to improve site performance and implement new processes or product lines.
* Finalise new product specifications in response to market trends and innovations.
* Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Complete tasks and duties as reasonably required by leadership.
* Champion Health, Safety and Environmental compliance, promoting a proactive safety culture.
Your Background
You are an experienced manufacturing leader with 5–7 years in FMCG or beverage production environments. You bring strong operational expertise and commercial acumen, with a track record of delivering results across production, quality, cost management and team performance.
You will have:
* Degree or equivalent experience in Business or Food Processing.
* Hands-on experience with production planning, workflow optimisation, and cross-functional coordination.
* Strong project management, planning, and data analysis skills.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and other integrated business systems.
* Exceptional leadership and people management capabilities, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
* Advanced communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
