We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused ICT support professional to provide technical assistance, work in a fast-paced environment, and deliver exceptional IT service.
Responsibilities:
 * Offer initial IT assistance to staff remotely and in-person
 * Analyze and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
 * Manage incident tickets and maintain accurate records of occurrences and resolutions
 * Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals
 * Assist with user onboarding and offboarding, including account setup
 * Communicate with internal teams and external vendors as required
 * Evaluate IT systems and practices against organisational policies and compliance standards
Requires 2-5 years of experience in an ICT help desk or similar support role. Relevant IT qualifications and strong technical analysis skills are essential.
