This
Senior Maintenance Engineer
role is part of a major project supporting operations for a leading energy company in Perth.
The position will contribute directly to the maintenance and reliability efforts of assets under the client's portfolio.

Project: Woodside
Indicative Term of Contract: 12 months
What You'll Have
A recognized engineering degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation & control or equivalent.
Proven background working in EPC or engineering consultancy environments.
Eligible for membership with Engineers Australia.
Substantial experience in Maintenance Engineering in Oil & Gas or similar industry Experience.
Extensive experience with SAP, FMECA, RCA and RCM.
Knowledge in process safety, AU and International Standards.
Experience in Data Management, Maintenance Strategy and Master Data Create/Update in maintenance management system (CMMS).
Extensive years of experience in Maintenance strategy/ Ops readiness/ Maintenance & Reliability Engineering.
Role Responsibilities
Prepare Maintenance strategy for different existing maintenance strategy review, aligning with performance standards, regulatory requirements and support Maintenance Strategy optimization.
Prepare the Maintenance and Material Master Data in line with client's Master Data guideline and current practice.
Identify critical spares, manage SPIR and ensure correct levels are held state-wide, to enhance asset reliability.
Perform the Equipment Criticality Analysis.
Develop/Update Maintenance Work Instructions.
Provide technical support and advice to the team members and project teams; participate in peer reviews; and consult with relevant resources as required.
Lead and implement improvement ideas based on recurring issues.
Actively provide leadership to operational and maintenance teams and keep open lines of communication in relation to safety, production, cost and improvement ideas.
Review engineering specification and drawings, build design modification to improve plant reliability.
Develop CTR and Manage project within budget and schedule.
