The Opportunity
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential to become permanent.
In This Role, You Will
You will deliver excellent administration and customer service to allocated contracts and sites.
You will build and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders and support functions to meet and exceed customer needs.
You will maintain accurate data records and ensure end-to-end processes are executed in line with policies and finance timelines.
You will continuously enhance service delivery by learning new technical skills and developing existing capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Intermediate competency with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and manage expectations
* Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Experience with Salesforce is highly regarded but not essential
