Caloundra Christian College is a Pre-Kindy to Year 12 independent Christian school on the Sunshine Coast. **Responsibilities**:
- Carry out day to day repairs and maintenance of all College buildings;
- Be involved in College events, assist with parking, setting up, and pack down etc;
- Movement and set up/pack down of equipment (shade covers, sound system, furniture etc.) for events and classroom set-up;
- Knowledge and skills in using a variety of machinery, equipment, and tools necessary for the maintenance and repair of buildings/grounds as well as Work Health & Safety practices highly desirable;
- Coordinate and liaise with external contractors for specialised repairs and maintenance projects;
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, ensuring a protected working environment for staff, students and wider community;
- Implement preventative maintenance programs and work schedules, to extend the lifespan of equipment and facilities
**Applicants Must**:
- Be a practising Christian who is active in their own church and whole-heartedly subscribe to the Statement of Faith;
- Have or be willing to obtain a 'Working with Children Blue Card' prior to commencement; Have the physical ability and dexterity to per
