As we continue to grow, we are seeking an inspirational Head Chef to lead our kitchen team into an exciting new chapter. 
About the Role 
This is a rare opportunity to take the helm of a well-established kitchen and make a real impact – not only with food but with people. We are looking for a leader who can:

- Work closely with management to deliver outstanding dining experiences for all members & guests. 
What We’re Looking For 
- 5 + years’ experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a busy, quality kitchen. 
- A natural leader who thrives on mentoring and motivating their team. 
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to run an efficient, positive kitchen. 
- Firm knowledge of cost control, menu development and compliance. 
- A genuine love for people, community, and collaboration. 
Essential Qualifications 
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (Minimum Requirement). 
- Food Safety Supervisor Certification. 
- Working Knowledge and Understanding of WHS. 
- Unrestricted Rights to work in Australia (Not a Sponsored Position).
