**BIM Modeller/Coordinator**
We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeller with creative ideas and passion towards their career to join this reputable market leader.
Supporting the Lead Structural BIM Modeller, you will play a vital role in creating and delivering accurate and detailed structural BIM/Revit modelling and drafting.
Calling on your previous experience, you will enjoy having the autonomy and creative control providing technical modelling and drafting capabilities that provide solutions to problems and contribute to the advancement and capabilities across the team.

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop detailed BIM models using software such as Autodesk Revit, Tekla Structures, or similar tools, with a focus on construction steel.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate representation of steel structures in the models.
- Implement design changes and updates throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining the integrity of the models.
- Generate construction drawings and documents based on the BIM models, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts between different building components.
- Utilize BIM technology to streamline workflows, improve coordination, and enhance project efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in BIM software and methodologies.
**Requirements**:
- Solid experience as a BIM Modeller, with a specific focus on construction steel projects.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Tekla Structures, or equivalent tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction steel detailing, connections, and fabrication processes.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and codes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with diverse professionals.
- Good communication skills to convey complex ideas and information.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications or training in BIM and construction and reinforced steel detailing is a plus.
