Electrical Superintendent Job Summary:
The successful candidate will lead electrical engineering operations and ensure compliance in a dynamic underground mining environment, driving reliability and maintenance strategies through collaboration with the engineering team.

* Promote electrical health, safety, and environmental control through proactive initiatives
* Foster strategic partnerships with OEMs to enhance safety and productivity
* Develop and implement comprehensive contract management systems
* Mentor junior engineers to enhance their skills and qualifications
* Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver projects and drive business outcomes
Requirements:
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field
* NSW Certificate of Competency and Practising Certificate
* Proven leadership and communication skills
* Experience in contract management and project delivery
* Desirable: qualifications in risk management, leadership, or project management
