Position Summary:Responsible for Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Service functions of Straumann Australia, New Zealand legal entity. Being an integral part of the local leadership team, the incumbent is required to have solid business partnership skills, and proven track record in managing Accounting, Tax and Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis and Operations for a multinational company. Leadership skills is also essential to develop high performance teams.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a key business partner for the country leader, support to develop strategies, manage execution and measure resultsTranslate business strategies and financial targets into actionable goals for leaders of different functions within the organizationArticulate business results to audience at different levelsSolid understanding on business and ability to highlight potential risks and opportunities for local leadership team based on analytics, interpretation of financials and metricsLiaison with European based HQ and APAC team on local business issuesAssimilate financial and non-financial information to influence short, medium and long-range decision makingDrive the growth of business through accurate forecasting and insightful analysisLead the development and preparation of 5 years strategic financial plan, annual operating budget, and monthly financial forecastsAnalyze country financial performance, support commercial leaders drive revenue growth, optimize distribution channels, manage spending, improve margin and productivityDevelop metrics that track progress of new initiativesPerform ROI analysis to support investment decisionsManage accounting operations for local entity, ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and Straumann Group standardsManage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger with the support from APAC’s shared services teamEnsure timely close for month end, quarter end and year endPrepare financial reports to meet requirements at all levelsLead annual external/internal audit for ANZ, responsible for internal control locallyResponsible for statutory tax filing and statutory audit for ANZManage payroll, banking and cash flow forecastEffectively manage supply chain distribution and customer service functions to improve service levelResponsible for end-to-end supply chain functions for ANZMaintain awareness of and compliance with all regulatory requirements for warehouse functions, and distribution flow of all productsCo-ordinate implementation of distribution and warehousing operating processes and procedures from APAC & HQOversee relevant personnel and assist with the management of customer service and distribution functionsDrive continuous process improvement in the operation functions (CS & distribution), which collaborates with finance functionsA Strong leader to build high performance teamsProvide training and drive employee developmentMotivate and empower employeesRole model for core values, culture and behaviorsCollaboration and communications expertiseMinimum Qualifications:10-15 years of experience in finance management role for distribution and commercial operations within a sizeable multinational companyBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, post graduate qualifications welcomeCPA or CA qualification preferredStrong business partner with strategic thinking and data driven analytical skillsDemonstrated history of driving processes improvementEffective communicator, strong interpersonal skills, be able to partner people at all levels in the organizationLeaders that focus on team development and wellbeingSelf-motivated, hands-on, driving for resultsERP system SAP experience strongly preferredPower user of Microsoft Office
