Position Summary:Responsible for Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Service functions of Straumann Australia, New Zealand legal entity. Being an integral part of the local leadership team, the incumbent is required to have solid business partnership skills, and proven track record in managing Accounting, Tax and Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis and Operations for a multinational company. Leadership skills is also essential to develop high performance teams.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a key business partner for the country leader, support to develop strategies, manage execution and measure results.Translate business strategies and financial targets into actionable goals for leaders of different functions within the organization.Articulate business results to audience at different levels.Solid understanding on business and ability to highlight potential risks and opportunities for local leadership team based on analytics, interpretation of financials and metrics.Liaison with European based HQ and APAC team on local business issues.Assimilate financial and non-financial information to influence short, medium and long-range decision making.Drive the growth of business through accurate forecasting and insightful analysis.Lead the development and preparation of 5 years strategic financial plan, annual operating budget, and monthly financial forecasts.Analyze country financial performance, support commercial leaders drive revenue growth, optimize distribution channels, manage spending, improve margin and productivity.Develop metrics that track progress of new initiatives.Perform ROI analysis to support investment decisions.Manage accounting operations for local entity, ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and Straumann Group standards.Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger with the support from APAC's shared services team.Ensure timely close for month end, quarter end and year end.Prepare financial reports to meet requirements at all levels.Lead annual external/internal audit for ANZ, responsible for internal control locally.Responsible for statutory tax filing and statutory audit for ANZ.Manage payroll, banking and cash flow forecast.Effectively manage supply chain distribution and customer service functions to improve service level.Responsible for end-to-end supply chain functions for ANZ.Maintain awareness of and compliance with all regulatory requirements for warehouse functions, and distribution flow of all products.Co-ordinate implementation of distribution and warehousing operating processes and procedures from APAC & HQ.Oversee relevant personnel and assist with the management of customer service and distribution functions.Drive continuous process improvement in the operation functions (CS & distribution), which collaborates with finance functions.A Strong leader to build high performance teams.Provide training and drive employee development.Motivate and empower employees.Role model for core values, culture and behaviors.Collaboration and communications expertise.Minimum Qualifications:10-15 years of experience in finance management role for distribution and commercial operations within a sizeable multinational company.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, post graduate qualifications welcome.CPA or CA qualification preferred.Strong business partner with strategic thinking and data driven analytical skills.Demonstrated history of driving processes improvement.Effective communicator, strong interpersonal skills, be able to partner people at all levels in the organization.Leaders that focus on team development and wellbeing.Self-motivated, hands-on, driving for results.ERP system SAP experience strongly preferred.Power user of Microsoft Office.
