The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills & show initiative. Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
* Exceptional cash handling skills, including the ability to reconcile cash/EFTPOS terminals with accuracy.
* Manage a shift in a fast‐paced environment and maintain staff motivation & initiative levels during non‐service periods.
* Out‐going and friendly personality.
* Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
* Demonstrated knowledge of wine (local & imported).
* Demonstrate skills & knowledge, train staff in bar‐tending skills (tap beer, service, cocktail making).
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Develop & maintain relationships with regular friendly locals.
* Immaculate presentation & reliability.
* Experience working within a sporting venue.
* Basic understanding of TV/AV systems.
* Experience using H&L.
* Sound coffee knowledge & basic barista skills.
