Our client is a global market-leading independent advisory firm specialising exclusively in supporting management teams entering or exiting private equity backed transactions. With a strong market position, attractive industry economics, and some high-profile transactions under their belt, the firm is entering its next phase of growth and expanding its team.
We are seeking a Senior Analyst or Manager to join the team and work closely with the Partner to support management teams on the negotiation and evaluation of their commercial terms with private equity sponsors. This role offers direct exposure to CEOs, CFOs, private equity investors, lawyers, and banking partners across the full deal lifecycle.
You will take ownership of core workstreams including pitch preparation, financial and exit modelling, comparison of private equity terms, and scenario analysis. The position provides significant scope to grow with the business, develop a best-in-class network across the private equity ecosystem, and work on the aspects of a transaction that are most personally important to senior executives. You will also benefit from close mentorship from an experienced Partner, developing high-trust advisory relationships in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
We are looking for candidates with circa 3-8 years' experience working in transaction services with ideally some of that experience spent working on private equity transactions. We will also consider candidates from a valuations and modelling team, debt advisory or another team working across deals and transactions. We are also open to exploring candidates from an investment banking or corporate development background or someone who has spent time in a credit fund. All candidates must have strong excel modelling experience, analytical rigour, and a desire to work directly with senior leadership teams on high-value private equity deals.
