About the Role
We're looking for experienced maintenance plumbers to join our after-hours and weekend casual team servicing the Central Coast.
This role is ideal for plumbers wanting to boost their income with flexible work, including:
* Full-time plumbers picking up extra hours
* Sole traders
* Semi-retired plumbers
Most work involves emergency call-outs and make-safe jobs, with follow-up handled by our day team where required.
You'll also have the opportunity to complete repairs on the spot when appropriate.
What You'll Be Doing
* Attending after-hours emergency call-outs
* Carrying out make-safe work and urgent repairs
* Completing weekend maintenance jobs
* Occasional scheduled weekend work
* Working within a rotational / first-available system
Pay & Conditions (Casual)
* $190 first hour
* $120 per hour thereafter
* $310 minimum call-out
* On-call retainer paid for being rostered and available
* Flexible — work when you're available
* Consistent after-hours demand
* Contractor (ABN) option available
What We're Looking For
* Licensed or registered plumber (NSW)
* Solid maintenance and fault-finding experience
* Own vehicle and tools
* Able to confidently assess situations and make safe or repair as needed
* Reliable and professional with customers
* Comfortable working independently
