We're on the hunt for a Pizza Chef who knows their crust from their crumb and can bring serious heat to "Nero", our wood-fired Marana Forni.

If you've got a passion for pizza, a love for local produce, and a knack for creating flavour bombs, we want you on our crew.You'll be hand-stretching dough, building bold flavour combos, and firing up pizza's that pair perfectly with a pint.
What you'll bring:
- 1–2 years' experience slinging pizzas in a fast-paced, produce-driven kitchen.
- Skills in dough prep, fermentation, and wood-fired cooking.
- A creative spark, a steady hand, and a love for coastal-inspired flavours.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays — when the Freo harbour is alive.
