This position is accountable for spearheading the Marketing, Visitor Services and Retail teams in promoting the Margaret River Region as a destination of choice.
Main Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with senior management to formulate strategies that drive visitor growth and engagement.
* Operational Management: Ensure that all aspects of visitor centre, retail and marketing operations align with industry best practices and organisational risk management principles.
* Partnerships and Projects: Foster collaborative relationships with local government agencies and industry associations to achieve mutually beneficial marketing and visitor servicing objectives.
* Communications: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to represent MRBTA's brand and messaging to stakeholders, with a focus on member engagement.
