What You'll Do:
* Coordinate and schedule transport routes, optimizing for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
* Manage transport documentation, including manifests, invoices, and delivery dockets.
* Liaise with drivers, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and problem resolution.
* Track and monitor shipments, providing updates as required.
* Maintain accurate records of all transport activities.
* Assist with the allocation of resources, including vehicles and personnel.
* Handle inquiries and resolve any transport-related issues promptly and professionally.
* Contribute to maintaining a safe and compliant transport operation.
What You'll Bring:
* Proven experience in a transport, logistics, or administrative role.
* Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
