Deploy and manage endpoint solutions including Intune, Autopilot, Windows 11, and GPO-based configuration .
Own patching, security updates, and ensure compliance with infrastructure standards.
Respond flexibly to internal user requests and liaise with a wide range of external technology vendors (we work with over 200+ providers ).
Contribute to infrastructure projects including cloud migrations, software upgrades, system refreshes, and policy rollouts.
Assist with disaster recovery (DR), backups, and configuration of monitoring tools.
Document processes and contribute to IT change and problem management using ITIL-aligned practices.
What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field, with prior experience in roles such as System/Network/Cloud Administrator.
You should have: A generalist engineer with experience across cloud, infrastructure, and endpoint technologies.
Strong grounding in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and Windows 11 .
Demonstrated progression from IT support/helpdesk roles into infrastructure and cloud engineering.
Experience with SCCM, firewalls, patching, and backup/DR tools (e.g., Veeam, Commvault).
Ability to handle rapid context switching across multiple technologies and vendors.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, service-focused approach.
Familiarity with ITSM systems (e.g., Service Now, Jira) and ITIL change practices .
