Hofmann Engineering in Bendigo has a vacancy for a Senior Project Manager to join its growing team. We are looking for someone with experience in mechanical engineering and manufacturing. This position offers a rare opportunity to the right person to further their career in the heavy manufacture industry. Reporting to the General Manager, this is a senior site management role.

Your Mission
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to drive our project delivery performance to encourage continued business with customers.
Your Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Formulate and oversee the delivery of new projects on time, within budget, and with high-quality outcomes for our clients.
Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
Coordination: Creating work plans which sequence delivery activities, resource requirements, and procurement strategies.
What You Bring to the Table
Drive: High energy and a practical approach.
Qualified: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or similar.
Experienced: Solid previous experience in Mechanical Engineering and Project Management.
Exceptional People Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities to build relationships.
Collaborative Leadership: A team player with experience working across multifunctional teams.
Computer Literacy: Strong computer literacy in MS Office.
