Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role works in close partnership with client business units and executive leadership teams in a collaborative and service-oriented environment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in aligning financial strategies with business objectives, managing complex budgets and funding agreements, and embedding sound financial governance across operations and projects.Key responsibilities will include:Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies, client service plans, and annual budgets to support business and reporting needs.Provide expert financial advice and insights during planning and review sessions with client leadership to address emerging priorities and future requirements.Oversee the end-to-end delivery of financial management services, including escalation of complex client needs and issues.Drive fiscal accountability and performance by managing budgetary controls, conducting variance analysis, and delivering actionable performance reporting and commentary.About UQAs part of the UQ community, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the brightest minds, who have joined us from all over the world.Everyone here has a role to play.
