**About the role**
As Customer Service Officer, you will be the face of the branch. Historically referred to as Bank Teller, our Customer Service Officers are leading the way with our unique philosophy.
You will be given the training you need to do what you do best - help customers with transactions, educate them on our online platforms and tools, recommend the bank's products and services to help them achieve their financial goals.
This position is located at **Community Bank Brookton.**The role is **Part Time.**The roster is **39**hours per fortnight, Wednesday to Friday, 9:00am - 4:30pm. Wednesday is essential, but there is some flexibility to change Thursday and Friday.

The Community Banks across Pingelly and Brookton have put back $1.3 million into the Community since opening, creating meaningful change for several organisations and not-for-profits.
We are active in the Community, particularly at the two shires, Pingelly Primary and Brookton High School, as well as PRACC and local sporting teams We love developing our staff, so if you are looking to kick start a career and looking to support the community, this could be the job for you
**About you**

You will bring:
- Extensive experience in a customer service environment
- Demonstrated competence in achieving consistent sales results
- An ability to confidently talk to customers face-to-face and over the telephone
- An eagerness to understand and share with others what makes our bank different
- Experience in the banking and finance industry - **a plus but certainly not essential**
