Responsibilities:
* Travel to client sites to provide technical support and maintenance services
* Diagnose and repair equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and software issues
* Provide training and support to end-users on equipment operation and maintenance
* Install and configure new equipment and software
* Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and equipment inventory
* Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve technical issues
* Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Carpenter, preferably in a maintenance or facilities management role
* Enthusiastic and willing to learn individual who wants to expand their career with the team
* Strong knowledge of construction and maintenance techniques
* Excellent problem solving skills, with the ability to adapt to a diverse range of problems
* Ability to work independently or within a team environment
* Must have a valid drivers licence
* Preferred if you have White Card, Silica Awareness Card, Working with Vulnerable People Check and a valid Police Check
* Qualified or just about to receive certification in Carpentry
