Seeking a highly driven Corporate & Entertainment Sales Manager to lead growth across corporate, consortia, and entertainment segments in the premium luxury hotel space. This role is responsible for maximising existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue performance while building long-term, high-value relationships across key markets.
You will work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Revenue, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless execution and an exceptional end-to-end experience for our corporate travellers and entertainment clients.

Responsibilities

* Develop and execute targeted sales strategies across corporate, consortia, and entertainment segments
* Build, retain, and grow a strong pipeline of qualified corporate and entertainment accounts
* Cultivate long-term relationships with corporate clients, consortia partners, and entertainment agencies
* Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, networking, and proactive prospecting
* Manage entertainment groups end-to-end, from initial enquiry through successful delivery
* Prepare contracts, group documentation, reports, and monthly segment performance insights
* Apply strong negotiation and creative selling techniques to convert high-value business
* Collaborate closely with hotel operations to ensure consistent, exceptional guest experiences
* Monitor market trends, segment performance, and client feedback to optimise results

Your Profile

* Minimum 4 years' experience in a comparable hotel sales role, ideally within a luxury or lifestyle brand
* Proven success in corporate and entertainment sales within hospitality
* Strong business development mindset with excellent follow-up and relationship-building skills
* Confident presenter with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
* Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail
* Professional, polished, and aligned with a premium brand culture
* Flexible and adaptable to the demands of a 24-hour hotel operation
