About Our Team
We're looking for someone to join our customer service team as a service officer. As a service officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and provide them with information about our range of health insurance products.
This is a part-time position based in our office. You will be required to perform needs-based selling to customers face-to-face, achieve and exceed sales and service targets, and provide first contact resolution in all customer interactions.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrated experience or an aspirational drive to sell to members and provide a great customer experience, previous experience in a customer service environment, the ability to quickly learn complex computer systems, and the ability to work in a team environment.
