**Overview**
**This role is a maternity leave cover for 6 months.**
The role is responsible for the development of Link Group's global HR reporting and analytics strategy.
This includes:
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to determine Link Group's overall organisational HR reporting and informational needs;
- Reorganise Link Group's global reporting landscape, and prepare for further steps towards analytics to assist the execution of Link Group's global HR strategy;
- The development and delivery of standardised global HR reports;
- The setup of an effective HR reporting and analytics solution and services using existing HR systems (e.g. Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Oracle Learning Cloud, etc) and other internal / external data sources.
- The development of a global HR reporting and analytics function that will be responsible for data quality, expanding reporting access and providing training to a global population of users
- The role will form part of the global HR Systems team and collaboratively contribute to the efficient provision of HR systems reporting and analytics for the Group.
**Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities**
- Establish Link Group's global HR Reporting and Analytics strategy and drive innovation through an in-depth understanding of various HR technologies and analytics trends
- Presents data in various global forums including HR Leadership, and other leadership meetings as requested
- Identifies opportunities for enhanced data tracking and capturing of data to further support HR strategic & organisational goals
- Design and develop simple to complex HR reports, dashboards and dynamic reporting
- Leverage technology and use knowledge of relational databases and complex queries to retrieve data from Core HR system
- Integrate disparate data from multiple systems and tools
- Perform complex data manipulation and aggregation of data from multiple HR data sources
- Create and manage interfaces to/from HR systems
- Oversee and assign work/report requests to HR Reporting Analyst based in Mumbai, India
- Collaborate with broader HR team to leverage data available from all HR systems
- Interact with end users (HR and other departments) to understand business issues and provide advice about data that are available
- Assist HR Business Partners and HR Leadership with defining routine reportable organisational metrics
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements
- Support Link Group assurance programs that deliver effective risk management and compliance practices
- Partners with the HR Systems and Service Delivery teams to ensure complete understanding of HR core functionality / services thus ensuring the integrity of all data utilised in reporting
- Ensure the integrity of the reports and that the reports/data are accurate and timely
**Experience & Personal Attributes**
- 5 to 10 years of experience in HR reporting and data analytics management experience, preferably in a multinational environment;
- Experience in the design and implementation of global HR Reporting and Analytics strategies
- Demonstrated HR technology experience with a working knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM
- Advanced knowledge and experience in statistical and data mining techniques using Oracle SQL queries
- Significant experience and technical knowledge in HRIS and Analytics platforms and tools such as Oracle HCM (OTBI, OBIEE), PowerBI with Advanced Excel skills
- In-depth knowledge with current analytics & technology trends as well as HR and reporting systems (e.g. Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle BI Reporting, Oracle E-Business suite)
- Track record in and/or proven ability to interpret results using simple data aggregation and statistical analysis to complex data mining
- Strong communication and presentation skills; both oral and written. Advanced level of proficiency in English
- Possess an interpersonal and collaborative work style and ability to develop effective working relationships
- Strong people management with demonstrated ability to manage, lead and motivate staff
- Degree-educated or relevant professional qualifications
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
