About the Role
This leading construction and renovation company is seeking a highly skilled EA to support their Director in nationwide business operations.
Responsibilities include:
* Scheduling and email management
* Assisting the administration team with workflow coordination
* Weekly and monthly report preparation
* Document creation for executive meetings and minutes
* Tender administration and support
* Travel coordination, including flight and accommodation arrangements
* Financial assistance, including expense reconciliation
* Event planning, including booking facilities and speakers
* Business management tasks, including procurement and stationery
* HR Support through recruitment and administration processes
* IT support
About You
The successful candidate will be an experienced Executive Assistant with a proven track record of effective time management and meeting deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to build rapport with ease.
You will also possess:
* Significant experience as an Executive Assistant in construction or related sectors
* Tertiary qualifications in business or related fields preferred
* A strong ability to multitask and adjust priorities
* Proven experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders
* Exceptional communication skills and tact
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
