They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their national sales team on a temporary, ongoing assignment, with the potential to transition into a permanent position.

The Role: Provide accurate sales quote for external stakeholders Manage multiple inboxes - respond to queries within certain SLAs.
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders via email and chat.
Work accurately, delivering excellent attention to detail when submitting quotes and other relevant information.
Update database systems accordingly.
Support with ad hoc administrative duties.
