They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their national sales team on a temporary, ongoing assignment, with the potential to transition into a permanent position.

The Role:
- Provide accurate sales quote for external stakeholders
- Manage multiple inboxes - respond to queries within certain SLAs.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders via email and chat.
- Work accurately, delivering excellent attention to detail when submitting quotes and other relevant information.
- Update database systems accordingly.
- Support with ad hoc administrative duties.
About You
- Experience using Salesforce and MS Office - highly regarded
- Have full working rights
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to solve queries/problems as they rise
- Support the team and work in a collaborative manner
