Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Porter - Outback Hotel and Lodge to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, which is a 20‐minute drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks. This role is part of our Front Office Team. You will undertake all guest service agent/front‐office duties in an efficient and friendly manner, ensuring guests have the best possible first and last impression of the resort.
Key Duties
* Act as an ambassador of the resort, ensuring all guests feel welcome on arrival and bid farewell with kindness on departure.
* Coordinate guests' luggage across the hotels, ensuring it is managed in a timely manner.
* Look after arriving guests, liaising with reception regarding room allocations and delivering bags to guests in their rooms shortly after arrival.
* Ensure all hotel areas, including guest rooms, offices, vehicles, conference and function areas, and external areas, are maintained and cared for on a timely basis as directed by management.
Qualifications
* Full Australian driver's licence – manual preferred.
* National Criminal History Check (mandatory).
