Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional care and support to our clients, enhancing and encouraging participation in their own care to maintain independence.
* Personal care tasks include showering, grooming, toileting etc. and other support such as medication assistance, meal preparation, domestic assistance/general housekeeping tasks and social support in the community.
Caregivers will follow a predetermined schedule, travelling from home to home, therefore having unrestricted access to a vehicle and the ability to follow a digital schedule and care plan autonomously, via a mobile app, will be essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, HACC, Disability is highly desirable, although not essential.
* Those with a relevant Certificate will require a minimum of 3 months relevant care worker experience.
* Those without a relevant Certificate will require a minimum of 6+ months relevant care worker experience (FTE).
* A valid Drivers' License with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle which is appropriately insured and in good condition, is essential.
* Ability and willingness to work autonomously in the community, travelling from home to home, referring to a digital schedule and care plan, via a mobile app, will be essential.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
