Your new role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant or Recruitment Consultant ideally with a background in face to face and phone based sales, 360° Recruitment, or Client Management ready to drive business growth, build client relationships, and deliver exceptional candidate care. Your background in sales or recruitment, combined with confidence in cold calling and business development, will position you for success in this fast-paced, high-impact role.
A day in the life of the PERSOL crew (Recruitment Consultant)
Build and grow your client portfolio through weekly meetings and targeted sales callsDrive market share with cold calling, market mapping, and reverse marketingGenerate creative candidate attraction strategies and source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Talent Search candidate attraction strategiesClosing sales by providing high quality candidate talent for position openings for our customersProactively connect and build relationships with active and passive job seekersManage all job orders (permanent and fixed term) with speed and precisionCollaborate with internal teams and national clients
Your experience
Minimum of 12 months' experience in 360° recruitment, sales,
