The Team
We have opportunities in our Defence Capability Hub, a Major Service Provider (MSP) Partner to the Department of Defence. As part of the MSP work packages, we have positions available across:
* Land Systems
* Explosive Materiel Branch
* Offshore Patrol Vessels
* Aerospace, Surveillance and Reconnaissance
* Maritime and Strategic Communications SPO
* Electronic Warfare and Intelligence Systems
The roles
These are Commercial Officer positions at Senior Associate (Level 2) and Manager (Level 3) supporting our Defence customer. As a Commercial Officer, you will ensure that commercial outcomes comply with Commonwealth Government legislation and policy, through the provision of commercial contract management and the administration of ASDEFCON contracts and procurement advice.
About You
To support these work packages, we are looking to connect with commercial Officers, contract managers, and procurement professionals with industry experience. Knowledge of ASDEFCON contracts would be highly regarded.
In addition, you will need to be an Australian Citizen with a minimum NV1 security clearance and may need to meet International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements. In certain circumstances, this can place limitations on persons who hold dual nationality, permanent residency or are former nationals of certain countries as per ITAR 126.1.
