About the Role As a Level 2–3 Support Engineer, you will operate in a high performance, SLA driven MSP environment supporting multiple client infrastructures. This is a strong Level 2 role with exposure to Level 3 complexity. You will troubleshoot independently, manage escalations and deliver both reactive and project outcomes with minimal supervision. You will work across: Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online Azure and Entra ID Intune and hybrid identity via Azure AD Connect Microsoft Defender security stack Windows Server and Active Directory DNS, DHCP and core networking VLAN concepts and switching Hyper V and backup platforms You will confidently diagnose connectivity via command line, test ports, resolve routing and subnetting issues, and troubleshoot complex DNS and mail flow problems. Experience with FortiGate, Sophos or Meraki firewalls, along with hands on exposure to RMM and PSA platforms within an MSP environment, is expected. This is a fast paced, accountability driven environment. You will own tickets end to end, maintain disciplined documentation, meet SLAs and communicate professionally with clients. Remuneration Salary is reflective of demonstrated MSP experience, current Microsoft or Azure certifications and overall technical capability. Eligibility Applications will only be considered from candidates who hold Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency with full working rights in Australia. Visa sponsorship is not available. Current or previous experience working within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment is mandatory. Candidates without MSP experience will not be considered.
