About the role**
This is not your average Store Manager role. We're looking for a hands-on retail leader who lives and breathes styling, thrives on the shop floor, and leads from the front. You'll be just as comfortable building full looks with clients as you are coaching your team to do the same.
As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of store performance while creating an elevated, personalised styling experience for every customer. You'll lead a passionate team, set the standard for service and presentation, and drive sales through exceptional product knowledge and styling expertise.
What you'll be doing
* Leading from the floor, delivering high-level styling and personalised customer experiences
* Building complete looks and confidently styling clients for all occasions
* Coaching and developing your team in styling, fit, product knowledge and sales techniques
* Driving store sales, KPIs and profitability through strong leadership and floor presence
* Creating a positive, high-performance culture that is professional, supportive and motivating
* Managing daily store operations including rosters, wages, stock control and visual standards
* Recruiting, training and performance-managing team members
* Maintaining immaculate store presentation and visual merchandising standards
* Handling customer feedback and resolving issues with confidence and professionalism
* Ensuring all policies, procedures and operational standards are met
About you
* Proven experience as a Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up
* A genuine passion for fashion, styling and creating head-to-toe looks
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
* Sales-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
* Confident communicator who builds strong relationships with clients and team members
* Highly organised, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment
* Professional presentation with a natural eye for style and detail
