The successful candidate will have exceptional barista skills, high-volume outlet experience and be able to supervise and monitor front of house staff effectively.
Induction and training of new staff, maintenance of service standards through ongoing training and record keeping are also key responsibilities.
Order taking and cash handling are essential skills for this role.
