At CooperSurgical we are currently looking to recruit an Account Manager for our fertility solutions portfolio. The account manager will cover Western Australia, Northern Territory and South Australia, including 13 IVF clinics and a number of non-IVF accounts. You will be part of a small and very dedicated energetic sales team in a niche market. The Account manager reports directly to the Sales Director, Australasia.

Position
In the position of Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing, growing and maintaining sales of our Fertility Solutions portfolio in a high potential and growing region. You thrive on solution based sales and working with key stakeholders from warehousing/customer service. You are strong at creating and building customer relations at different levels of decision makers in a niche competitive market. You use your scientific background and analytical mindset to develop and implement specific account strategies in the field. You will work closely together with teammates, share knowledge, ideas and insights to help drive the overall revenue and growth.
The role of Account Manager is vital for the business growth and strategy implementation of CooperSurgical Fertility Solutions.
Your key responsibilities
* Develop and establish market growth in both market share and revenue
* Secure Partnership agreements and follow-up account plans
* Proactively execute on campaigns and promotions
* Generate and execute on leads
* Various warehousing and customer service tasks e.g. quotes, order fulfillment, logistics
* Prioritise customer contact in person
QUALIFICATIONS
Your Qualifications
* Bachelor in business administration or life sciences
* +3 years of experience in sales with proven sales rack record, including identifying market opportunities, setting business priorities, advanced negotiation skills and focus on closing deals
* Strong business acumen
* Relationship builder and team player with a can-do attitude
* Empathic, positive and skilled communicator
* Accountable, detailed and administrative flair
* Project management skills
* Proficient level in MS Office, experience with CRM
* Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
