An exciting opportunity on a contract basis for an experienced HR Generalist with great attention to detail. 3 month assignment initially - commencing May.
Reporting to the HR Director your duties will include managing and also supporting the organisational leaders and the Director in the following areas:
- HR Policy and Process
- Employee Relations
- HR Administration and Data Analytics
- Talent Acquisition
- Staff Wellbeing
- Inclusion and Diversity
- Professional Development
- Remuneration
- HR Projects

- Sound understanding of employment legislation and experience of working with Enterprise Agreement and or Awards.
- Proven successful experience in an education environment would be an advantage.
The successful applicant must be able to hold a current Working with Children Blue Card.
