We are on the hunt for a new Customer Care Consultant to join our team in Albury NSW !
In this key role you'll be working within the warehouse supporting the trade store where needed. You’ll be the face of our business, serving customers and helping us drive operations across the branch.
We’re looking for a customer focused all-rounder who is happy to get stuck in and help in all areas, and most importantly someone who loves providing exceptional customer service!

Your Key Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To
* Receiving, sorting and labelling incoming goods from suppliers, ensuring they are recorded and tracked in our systems correctly
* Operate machinery to assist with the daily requirements of receiving, picking, packing and dispatch of goods
* Stock replenishment, general housekeeping and maintaining the presentation of our Trade Store and Warehouse
* Proactively drive efficiencies in the Trade Store and Warehouse, ensuring a high level of safety and service is maintained
* Serving customers face to face and via phone/email, following up customer requests, sourcing parts, and following up ETA’s on backorders
To Be Successful, You Will Have
* Proven experience in a trade store, retail, or warehouse environment
* Friendly and well-developed customer service skills, with a ‘customer first’ approach
* Excellent time management capabilities, and clear verbal/written communication
* Proactive and motivated problem solver, and has a team player mentality
* Forklift license and experience desirable (or a willingness to obtain)
* Good computer and MS Office skills (experience using RF devices a bonus)
* A desire to develop and grow your career with us
