About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts & Administration Officer to join our team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this dynamic position involves a mix of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general office duties. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating an efficient and organised office environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Creditors (Accounts Payable): Manage the processing of invoices, obtaining approvals, reconciling supplier statements, and ensuring timely payments.
* Debtors (Accounts Receivable): Including issuing invoices, performing debtor follow-ups on overdue accounts via phone and email, and conducting reconciliations.
* Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, including managing phone calls and correspondence, ordering office supplies, maintaining accurate records and filing systems, and assisting the wider team with various administrative tasks.
