We are seeking passionate Stockroom Specialists for our 2 new stores due to open late 2025 in Fountain Gate, Vic on a full-time basis. Successful candidates will be starting soon to ensure adequate training before we commence trading for these highly anticipated locations during the busiest period of the year.

Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day stockroom operations with logistics, inventory management and stock-to-floor service to provide a premium factory outlet experience
- Support store management by providing feedback on required resources within the store to achieve all stockroom operational needs and to deliver and maintain a Premium Stockroom Model
- Represent the adidas brand and products in an inspiring and impactful way
- Drive and ensure compliance with Global Retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards within the back of house, proposing ideas and solutions to build a world-class Factory Outlet experience
- Drive profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets
- Support store management by delivering outstanding customer experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals
Experience / Qualifications
Experience in the following will be highly regarded:
- Retail Team Leader of men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear
