We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Client Experience Manager to join our team in Port Augusta or Whyalla. About the Role
As our Client Experience Manager, you are the engine room of the business. You'll be ensuring the clients journey from pre-application all the way to post-settlement is smooth, compliant, and stress-free. You'll work closely with our brokers, lenders, and conveyancers to navigate the technicalities while keeping the human element front and centre.
Key Responsibilities
* Exceptional Service: Deliver daily high-touch communication, facilitate settlement gifts, and manage future contact points to maintain client relationships
* Loan Coordination: Manage initial enquiries, set up client profiles in our database, and handle the collection of vital documents.
* Submission & Settlement: Finalise key requirements ready for a loan submission, address lender requests, and liaise with all stakeholders to ensure settlements occur on time.
* Compliance Guru: Quality check files to ensure all compliance and lender requirements are met before submission
* Business Support: Assist with social media marketing, local community events, and maintaining a high standard for our office spaces.
About You
You're a master of the "follow-up." You don't just tick boxes; you anticipate what a client needs before they ask. You'll need:
* Strong administrative skills and a high level of attention to detail (compliance is key)
* The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with everyone from first-home buyers to bank assessors.
* A proactive attitude toward process improvement and business growth.
* Experience in finance or mortgage broking is not essential but a genuine desire to learn and help people is non-negotiable.

We have two locations where you can work from either location. Hybrid working arrangements can be discussed however it is important that you live locally so that we can collaborate as a team in person.
