About the Opportunity
* We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally from a local government environment. This role plays a vital part in shaping a vibrant, sustainable future for our residents.
About You
* A certificate IV or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business management or similar discipline with significant experience in Recruitment in a local government environment is highly valued.
* Experience using talent management software as well as technology and social media platforms as it applies to recruitment and selection is necessary.
* Ability to interpret regulations and apply underlying principles related to talent acquisition in Local Government/Public Sector organisations is key.
