Divisional Director | Child and Youth Mental Health Services (CYMHS)
As the Leader of the CYMHS Division, you will champion the mental health and wellbeing of Queensland's youth. You will be responsible for:
* Providing high-level strategic and operational oversight for a diverse range of mental health services.
* Ensuring the delivery of timely, effective, and compassionate care tailored to the needs of children and their families.
* Guiding a dedicated divisional management team to meet and exceed CHQ's key performance indicators (KPIs).
Divisional Director | Surgery and Perioperative Services
Leading one of the most dynamic environments within CHQ, you will oversee the strategic direction of our surgical and perioperative streams. You will be responsible for:
* Driving operational excellence across surgical specialties and theatre environments.
* Maintaining a focus on patient safety and the provision of high-quality surgical outcomes.
* Empowering your divisional leadership team to achieve organisational goals through clinical innovation and efficient resource management.
Key Responsibilities (Both Positions)
* Lead with impact: Provide executive-level leadership that balances long-term strategy with day-to-day operational efficiency.
* Culture of safety: Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement to ensure the best possible patient experiences.
* Drive performance: Lead a multidisciplinary management team to achieve divisional accountabilities in alignment with CHQ's broader strategic framework.
