ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Construction Site Supervisor at APG, you will be responsible for leading a team of tradespeople, to deliver works you and the team can be proud of. You will be happy to lead by example and get on the tools with your team to deliver the project from set out to finishing touches, ensuring the delivery of high-quality works on time. With experience in reading plans and specifications, you will enjoy applying foresight and proactive thinking, seeking to anticipate upcoming needs to drive progress on projects through to completion. You will also contribute to maintaining a safe and organised work environment while adhering to project specifications and company standards. You will work collaboratively with the team to ensure that the workplace aligns with positive safety principles and project & business goals within a positive organisational culture.
