About this role
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Project Coordinator where you will provide administrative support to a project team.
As a key member of the team, you will ensure timely performance and compliance with customer requirements. You will also be responsible for managing project registers, schedules, document control and variations, as well as monitoring progress and addressing potential issues.
You will work closely with other teams to collect and analyze data, report outcomes to stakeholders, and manage email accounts and folders on the network drive.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage project administrative functions.
* Liaise with stakeholders for security/access requirements.
* Manage project registers, schedules, document control and variations.
* Monitor project progress, address potential issues, and control quality evidence.
* Prepare and maintain project email accounts and subsequent folders on the network drive.
* Collect and analyze project data.
* Report on outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
* Ability to gain Baseline Security Clearance (Australian Citizen).
* Minimum Diploma in Business Office Administration and/or relevant experience working in an administrative/project support role.
* Practical experience and knowledge of the type of work that is reported on.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines whilst managing multiple tasks/projects.
* Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships and liaise across all levels, both internally and externally.
* Advanced knowledge and competency in Microsoft Office Programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proven high quality output.
* Collaborative communication style with the ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
