Job Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant - Life Sciences (Global Network Specialist)

Salary: $110,000 base salary, plus super
Employment Type: Full-Time
About Us: Peritus Recruitment is an established recruitment services provider in the life sciences sector (pharma/biotech/med devices). We are known for our global talent reach and commitment to service excellence. We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record and a strong client and candidate network within the Australian, Irish and global life sciences community.
Role Overview
In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive network to connect with and attract search-level global SME, technical biotech/pharma/med devices professionals to relocate to Australia. You will also manage the Irish/UK mid-senior level contingent candidate base from a contract worker perspective.
You will be responsible for placing both contract and permanent roles as well as developing and delivering to new clients. This is a 360-degree role and our expectation is you will hit the ground running and require minimal supervision/training.
Tasks And Duties
* Utilise your established network within the Irish/European Life Sciences communities to identify and engage with key SME professionals.
* Forge and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders within our customer base which spans biotech, government and regulatory/academic life sciences bodies.
* Lead international recruitment campaigns, with a focus on showcasing the benefits of working in the Australian healthcare system.
* Leverage your existing network to expedite the placement process and ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
* Stay informed on industry trends, best practice and emerging talent in the global life sciences landscape.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a specialization in life sciences.
* Proven network within the Irish/global life sciences sectors.
* Deep understanding of global life sciences standards, qualifications, technical SME and regulatory requirements.
* Track record of successfully placing/relocating life sciences professionals internationally.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to tailor recruitment strategies to meet the unique needs of clients.
* Bachelor's degree in Science or Biotech/Pharm Engineering essential
* Proven ability to business develop
