Seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to manage an existing portfolio of commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have strong client relationship management capabilities, first-class communication and presentation skills, and a keen entrepreneurial spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end management of a defined portfolio of commercial clients.
* Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Proactively engage with clients around their risks, current policies, and policy recommendations.
* Respond to day-to-day queries from clients including claims management.
* Handling processing duties including renewals, endorsements, certificates of currencies, invoicing.
* Actively support the utilisation of new systems and processes that drive business growth and improvement.
* Manage a range of account management, servicing, sales, and administration responsibilities.
* Be part of a close-knit team with ongoing opportunities for skill development, mentorship, and training.
Required Skills and Qualifications

* At least 2 years of experience in similar roles or within the insurance industry.
* Strong client relationship management capabilities.

* Tier 1 qualification and basic insurance technical skills.
