We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced nurse to join our team as a Lead Nurse in Chemotherapy Care. This role involves providing vital nursing care within our chemotherapy unit, while actively contributing to the development of our nursing team.
Responsibilities:
* Providing high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and policies
* Supervising and mentoring junior staff members
* Developing and implementing clinical education programs
* Contributing to the development of nursing policies and procedures
Requirements:
* Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
* Demonstrated competence in relevant area of nursing practice
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
