Work Location: Solomon, Pilbara WA. The site is located on the traditional lands of the Eastern Guruma and Yindjibarndi peoples.
Roster: 8 Days On/6 Days Off — FIFO ex Perth
You will be responsible for the ongoing IT support for multiple sites and camps in the Pilbara region.
Key Responsibilities
1. Log all issues in the IT Service Management toolset (ServiceNow) and liaise with business representatives for designated sites.
2. Execute work orders as per schedule and relevant work instructions associated with work orders.
3. Create, develop and update technical documentation for sites (Orion), raise issues or suggestions for improvements to technical documentation where possible with peers or other IT teams.
4. Act as an escalation point amongst peers, providing peer support and guidance where possible, coordinate work at sites when delegated by other IT teams.
5. Work autonomously and be accountable for site Technology, including Desktops, Servers, Networking and Software queries.
6. Be accountable for all site printers and be the primary point of contact for Canon service engineers.
7. Relocate offices and office equipment, which includes setting up communication racks and installing Cisco switches, Wi-Fi Access Points, communication racks, and antennas.
8. Be the point of contact for all Telstra queries across the site regarding 4G connectivity.
9. Familiar with Microwave (Ubiquiti) Communication Technology.
10. Manage all aspects of Technology queries across the site from a varied customer base.
11. Site-based procurement and stock management on a daily basis for end users.
12. Liaise with Project Management teams in Perth to assist in project delivery.
13. Provide on-call after-hours support as required for the role.
